Salobre Golf Course

Salobre Old is 18 hole par 71 golf course has been intelligently designed by Roland Favré in order to best appreciate the typical terraced valleys of the south of Gran Canaria, offering our visitors magnificent views both over the sea and the mountains. With its varied and enjoyable coverage, this is a course which should not be missed by golfers at any level.

Salobre New was designed by Ron Kirby and is not comparable with the rest of the courses in the Canary Islands. Its unequaled course has been designed to fit into its volcanic rock surroundings, making it a new type of challenge. Never before has a golf course captured the natural beauty of the south of Gran Canaria like this one, making it an absolute must for every player who loves to play golf at unique locations.

Salobre Golf Course has been the venue for very important championships such as the 2006 Spanish PGA and the Senior and Women’s Championships in Spain in 2001. Both courses at this resort are set in a dramatic layout with some stunning holes carved into the natural desert rock. This is the only 36 hole resort in the Canary Islands and boasts outstanding facilities on and off the course.
