Villamartin Golf Course
Villamartin golf course hosted a qualifying of the European circuit in 1997. Severiano Ballesteros, José María Olazabal, Ian Woosnam and many other international figures have played golf here.
The greens at Villamartin are of superb quality, with very popular holes such as the 17th, a par 3 surrounded with Mediterranean pines and a rambla you must cross to arrive at the very generous green.
Villamartin golf club has a large community of players from all across Europe who chose the surroundings of this stunning golf course as their place of residence. Thus, they can continue to play golf and incorporate it in their everyday lives.
Villamartin clubhouse was recently restored, it has a great restaurant with a roof terrace with stunning views of hole 18.

Villamartin golf course was founded in 1972 which makes it one of the most mature courses in the region and has been host to many events in the past. This is a very popular course with many golfers as it is affiliated with La Finca Golf Resort which offers some great value stay and play packages to guests of the luxurious 5* La Finca Hotel.
